You will receive a letter of confirmation with details concerning accommodation, excursions etc. when your registration has been processed.

Last day to register

The recommended last day to register was August 11– after this date we can not guarantee hotel rooms. The web form used for registration will remain accessible until August 15.

Cancellation policy

A written notification of cancellation should be sent to
Umeå Folkets Hus, Box 466, 901 09 Umeå, Sweden.

If the cancellation letter was received by Umeå Folkets Hus before July 25, the registration fee minus a cancellation fee of approx SEK 1000 + VAT will be refunded.

No refund will be issued for cancellation received after July 25. There will be no refund for noshows.
